Site Engineer (Civil)

Mahodadhi Homes Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality control, and manage on-site operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising projects, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring timely completion of work as per approved drawings and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor quality control and conduct material inspections
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations
• Monitor project timelines and assist in schedule planning
• Verify measurements and billing quantities
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 1–5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction (freshers may apply if applicable)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good communication and team management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,480.34 - ₹28,687.58 per month

Work Location: In person
