Site Engineer (Civil)

Job description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Civil Site Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of a construction site, with a focus on civil works.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize work schedules for team members
• Monitor progress and ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed according to plans and specifications
• Solve problems and address any issues that arise during construction
• Manage budgets and resources effectively
• Provide training and guidance to team members as needed
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in construction or civil engineering
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in executing works as per plan and design.
