Position: Site Engineer

Department: Civil / Construction
Experience: 1–3 Years (Real Estate / Villa Projects Preferred)
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Joining: Immediate Preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Engineer to supervise construction activities, ensure quality standards, and coordinate effectively with contractors and project teams for our residential villa projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site execution activities
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and timelines
• Monitor quality control and safety standards
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
• Verify material usage and control wastage
• Ensure timely project completion within budget
• Assist in handling client site visits

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good leadership and coordination skills
• Knowledge of estimation and BOQ (preferred)
• Basic proficiency in MS Office
