Job Summary

Qualcon is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage and execute construction activities for Commercial IT Parks, Residential Buildings, and Bungalow / Villa projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end site execution, strong coordination skills, and the ability to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise all construction-related activities at site
• Handle commercial IT parks, residential buildings, and villa/bungalow projects
• Carry out setting out & levelling as per approved drawings
• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for execution
• Supervise RCC works, concreting, shuttering, reinforcement, finishing works
• Manage drainage, plumbing, external development, and infrastructure works
• Ensure quality control and site inspections at every construction stage
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material tracking
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
• Assist in measurement, billing verification, and quantity checks
• Resolve site-related technical issues and execution challenges

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution
• Experience in commercial, residential, and villa construction
• Excellent drawing interpretation and execution skills
• Good coordination and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and work fronts
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in site documentation and reporting
• Working knowledge of construction safety norms

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in Real Estate / Construction Industry
• Experience in Commercial IT / ITES Parks will be an added advantage
• Local experience in Navi Mumbai / Mumbai preferred
