Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 2–3 years of relevant construction experience to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure project execution as per approved drawings, and maintain quality, safety, and timelines. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills and hands-on site management experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and safety standards (
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control procedures are followed.
• Manage manpower allocation and site resources effectively.
• Verify material quantities and assist in BOQ verification.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
• 2–3 years of site experience in building construction / fit-out / infrastructure projects.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.

Additional Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
