Position - Site Engineer – Civil

Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to manage and execute on-site construction activities efficiently. The role involves supervising daily site operations, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and coordinating with contractors and project teams to deliver projects on time and as per specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute day-to-day site construction activities
  

• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and standards
  

• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance at the site
  

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
  

• Prepare and verify measurements, BOQs, and site reports
  

• Manage material usage and site resources effectively
  

• Identify and resolve on-site technical and execution challenges
  

• Ensure timely completion of project milestones

Requirements

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
  

• Minimum 5 years of on-site construction experience
  

• Strong knowledge of civil execution, RCC, and finishing works
  

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  

• Good communication and coordination skills
