Site Engineer (Civil)

The Opportunity We're looking for a highly experienced Site Engineer who can confidently run multiple active sites at once. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role for a self-starter who can plan, execute, and report with minimal supervision and deliver results under real deadlines. What You'll Do

- Run and coordinate works across multiple project sites simultaneously

-Build and maintain site programs and progress schedules using Primavera P6 Supervise and control subcontractors on scope, quality, and program

-Develop site plans, sequencing, and methods of execution

-Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly progress reports

- Attend new site visits, take measurements, and prepare detailed BOQs

-Ensure full compliance with drawings, specifications, HSE standards, and client requirements

-Liaise with consultants, clients, and head office on technical and program matters

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Application Question(s):

• Ability to prepare a BOQ independently from a site visit and drawings

Experience:

• UAE site engineering experience in contracting : 5 years (Required)
• Primavera P6 proficiency for planning, scheduling.: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE driving license (Required)
