Site Engineer (Civil Construction)

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Site Engineer with 3 years of experience in civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with project teams, ensuring work quality, and maintaining project timelines. This position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to lead site operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and progress.
• Interpret and execute construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at the site.
• Monitor and manage resources including manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Conduct site inspections and verify work completion as per design and schedule.
• Report project updates, issues, and requirements to the Project Manager regularly.
