Site Engineer - Civil ( Construction, Residential , Apartment, Real Estate Commercial )

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution:

• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Monitor work progress, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely execution of work.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure seamless site operations

Technical Oversight:

• Interpret and implement construction drawings and specifications.
• Assist in resolving technical issues or site-related problems in real-time.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure work meets engineering standards.

Site Coordination & Documentation:

• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and submit progress updates to management.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available on-site as per the schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, work done, and any site changes.

Safety & Compliance:

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on-site.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project-specific guidelines.
• Report and assist in investigating any incidents or near-misses on-site.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering discipline.
• Minimum [2–5] years of site-based engineering experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using construction software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
• Knowledge of relevant standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
