Site Engineer / Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage installation of aluminum windows, doors, curtain walls, and glazing systems.
• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings for execution.
• Plan daily site activities and allocate work to technicians and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and ensure work is executed as per design, quality, and safety standards.
• Conduct site measurements, verify levels, and ensure accuracy of fittings and finishes.
• Maintain material records, check deliveries, and report shortages/damages.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for approvals and inspections.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site logs, and checklists.
• Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and statutory requirements.
• Provide technical support to workers and resolve on-site issues.
• Assist in project handover, snag list clearance, and final inspection.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of aluminum windows, doors, and façade systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Good site management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of quality control and safety practices.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Structural Engineering (or related field).
• 2–5 years of experience in site supervision within the fenestration / façade / construction industry.
• Hands-on experience in aluminum & glass installation projects will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
