Site Engineer - Civil Engineering

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage on-site operations, enforce quality and safety standards, and ensure smooth collaboration between contractors, consultants, and the project management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and local building codes
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and maintain accurate daily site diaries
• Coordinate procurement, logistics, and delivery of materials to meet project timelines
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to subcontractors and site staff
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and consultants to optimize workflows
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and report incidents
• Prepare progress reports, material reconciliations, and project documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
• 2–4 years of hands-on site engineering experience on residential or commercial construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project-management software
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Kerala building regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Candidate Preferences

• Resident of Thiruvananthapuram or surrounding areas
• Ownership of a two-wheeler for daily site visits
• Immediate joiners preferred
