Site engineer- Civil (Kerala)

We are a Civil Contracting Firm specialized in Public Works Projects, seeking a dedicated and professional Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be task-oriented, proactive in problem-solving, and possess strong leadership qualities with the ability to independently handle site operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
• Plan upcoming tasks, prepare strategies, and arrange required resources to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and workforce to achieve project objectives.
• Handle daily site challenges with effective solutions.
• Carry out basic Quantity Surveying tasks.
• Ensure quality standards in workmanship and materials.
• Manage all project-related documentation and departmental correspondence.
• Prepare and submit accurate Daily Progress Reports (DPR), including updates on progress, materials, labour, and measurements.
• Act as a liaison with local communities around project sites

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Public Projects preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Quantity Surveying (QS).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to effectively manage labour teams and site operations.
• Honest, responsible, and committed to completing assigned tasks.
• Flexibility to relocate or travel as per project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
