Site Engineer (Civil) – Minimum 5 Years UAE Experience

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in civil engineering and proven hands-on experience working on construction projects within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to project specifications, drawings, and standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress, prepare daily reports, and address any technical issues on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Review and interpret engineering plans, structural drawings, and BOQs.
• Assist in quality control inspections and ensure that materials and workmanship meet project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE as a Site Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulations, and site procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
