Site Engineer (Civil) - Solar

• Supervise and execute all civil works at solar project sites including foundations, trenches, roads, fencing, and control rooms.
• Ensure quality control through inspection of materials, workmanship, and adherence to standards.
• Oversee concrete work, steel reinforcement, compaction tests, and foundation alignment.
• Ensure work quality, safety, and timely project completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and ensure site activities align with design specifications.
• Maintain daily site reports and handle material management.

Requirements:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 2–5 years in civil execution (preferably solar, power, or industrial projects).
• Understanding of civil drawings, surveying, leveling, and estimation.
• Familiarity with civil quality standards and testing procedures.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Other: Willingness to travel and stay at project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
