Site Engineer- Civil/MEP Engineer

We are looking for a Site Engineer with 2–3 years of solid experience in the construction field. The candidate should have a good understanding of AutoCAD, construction drawings, and site execution. Fluency in Hindi is a must, as the role involves regular communication with site teams and workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction site activities.
• Interpret and implement construction drawings and specifications.
• Ensure work progress aligns with project timelines and quality standards.
• Manage materials, labor, and subcontractors efficiently.
• Prepare daily site reports and update the project manager.
• Monitor safety, housekeeping, and compliance at the site.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and suppliers when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Fluent in Hindi (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle site challenges.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
