Site Engineer : Commerical

Job Summary

The Site Engineer – Commercial is responsible for supervising and executing commercial construction projects on-site, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for commercial building projects
• Ensure construction work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, and specifications
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Monitor material usage, quality, and site safety compliance
• Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones
• Coordinate with procurement and stores for material requirements
• Support billing, measurements, and quantity verification
• Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 1–5 years of experience in commercial construction projects
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety norms

Skills & Competencies

• Strong site supervision and coordination skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Knowledge of quality control and safety standards
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
