Position: Site Engineer cum Civil Supervisor

Four Square Steel Construction Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Engineer cum Civil Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of UAE experience in civil construction and site supervision
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of site execution, labour supervision, and project coordination
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to manage manpower, materials, and daily site activities efficiently
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and safety regulations

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and site activities
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications
• Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards
• Manage site workforce and ensure safety compliance
• Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
• Resolve on-site technical and operational issues
