Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Engineer cum Foreman who can independently handle construction site activities from start to handover. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on site experience in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations
• Execute works as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Prepare daily progress reports and site updates
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
• Manage site labor and allocate tasks effectively
• Handle material planning and site requirements
• Attend site inspections and authority approvals when required
• Resolve on-site technical issues efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–6 years of UAE construction experience
• Strong knowledge of civil works, finishing, and site execution
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
