Site Engineer (EIFS)

Site Engineer responsible for supervising and executing EIFS installation works on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities related to EIFS installation (insulation boards, base coat, mesh, finish coat).
  • Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained.
  • Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling/storage of EIFS materials.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
  • Assist in site measurements and quantity take-offs.
  • Coordinate with consultants/clients for inspections and approvals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in EIFS systems.
  • Knowledge of façade systems and finishing works.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD 2D&3D.
