Site Engineer responsible for supervising and executing EIFS installation works on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities related to EIFS installation (insulation boards, base coat, mesh, finish coat).
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained.
- Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling/storage of EIFS materials.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
- Identify and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
- Assist in site measurements and quantity take-offs.
- Coordinate with consultants/clients for inspections and approvals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in EIFS systems.
- Knowledge of façade systems and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD 2D&3D.
