Site Engineer – Finishing (High-Rise Building)

Location: UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all finishing works including plastering, painting, tiling, ceilings, joinery, and architectural finishes.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and quality issues.
• Monitor progress and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in finishing works for high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
