Site Engineer – Finishing(Real Estate)

The Site Engineer – Finishing is responsible for overseeing and ensuring high-quality execution of finishing works at the project site, including but not limited to plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, false ceilings, carpentry, and other interior/exterior finishes. The role requires coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver the project within defined timelines, quality standards, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute finishing works as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure proper progress, workmanship, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
• Inspect and verify the quality of materials used and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, checklists, and documentation related to site finishing activities.
• Ensure that snag lists and punch points are resolved before handover.
• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and material requisitions related to finishing works.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, and clients for inspections and approvals.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies at the site.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies in coordination with the design and project management teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in finishing works within the construction industry (residential, commercial, or interior fit-out).
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic project management tools is preferred.
• Willingness to work at Project Sites and travel as per project requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Experience:

• finishing works within the construction industry : 3 years (Required)
