Site Engineer – Fit-Out

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage fit-out, villa renovation, and maintenance projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Manage site manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment effectively.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and project requirements are met.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project managers regarding project updates and requirements.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and interior fit-out drawings.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement to avoid project delays.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
• Verify completed work and prepare snag lists, inspections, and project handover documentation.
• Ensure maintenance and renovation works are completed to client satisfaction and company standards.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support to project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in fit-out, villa renovation, and maintenance projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, interior fit-out works, finishing works, and maintenance services.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Good leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
