Job Title: Site Engineer – Fit-Out

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Fit-Out to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring timely project execution, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of overall experience, including 5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage interior fit-out works on-site from project initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain high workmanship standards.
• Review drawings and identify potential design or construction issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Manage material deliveries and workforce allocation on-site.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with all project stakeholders.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and implement corrective actions when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of overall experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project coordination tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
