What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Site Supervisor for Fit-out Works with 3-5 years of experience in the UAE.

With Valid UAE Driving License

With a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or in a related field.

Job Description:

Should have past experience of executing luxury villas, offices, restaurants and etc.

Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes, and construction material requirements. (Marble, Ceramic, Wood, Paint and etc)

Scheduling the construction work of the day and ensuring that the project starts on time and ends within the estimated duration.

To act as a main technical advisor to contractors and subcontractors, operatives and craft people with respect to the construction site.

To check drawings, plans, and other qualities to get an accurate calculation of the whole thing.

Organize distribution & provide a clear direction of work among subordinates.

Should be able to independently handle sites

Should have a fair knowledge of electrical and MEP works.

Should have a valid UAE driving license.

Should have his own Visa and Car

Prepare daily site progress reports and report to the Project Manager.
