Site Engineer (Interior Fit-Out)

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Experience: 1–2 years in Interior Fit-Out Projects (UAE)
Qualification: ITI or 12th Pass
UAE Driving License: Mandatory

Role Overview:

Skyline Décor is seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully handling interior fit-out projects in the UAE, with strong project management, client handling, and site execution skills.

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution & Management: Oversee multiple interior fit-out projects, coordinate with the site team, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and maintaining strong relationships.
• Site Coordination: Ensure smooth site operations, liaise with consultants, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Material Management: Coordinate material requirements, procurement, and delivery for each project site.
• Invoice Preparation: Accurately prepare and submit project invoices as per the contract terms.
• Drawings Coordination: Ensure that all construction drawings are available, up-to-date, and aligned with project requirements.
• Labour Management: Coordinate workforce allocation across sites, monitor productivity, and ensure safety compliance.
• Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractors' performance, ensure work quality, and address any issues.
• Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process for site-related manpower as required.
• Office Management: Support general office administration tasks as needed.

Requirements:

✅ ITI or 12th Pass
✅ 1–2 years of UAE experience in managing Interior Fit-Out projects
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
✅ UAE Driving License is mandatory
✅ Familiarity with project documentation, drawings, and invoicing processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
