Site Engineer – High-Rise & Villa Construction

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This on-site, full-time role involves overseeing day-to-day construction activities while ensuring that all work aligns with approved designs, quality benchmarks, and safety guidelines.

The selected candidate should come with solid civil engineering expertise and hands-on experience in site supervision, stakeholder coordination, and effective problem-solving during project execution.

Note: Applicants with Unlimited Dubai Municipality (DM) Approval preferred.

Primary Duties

• Oversee and guide daily site operations to ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor construction works to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and HSE requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure timely coordination.
• Carry out routine site inspections and implement appropriate quality assurance measures.
• Address technical issues and operational challenges in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and related documentation.
• Support structural and civil engineering tasks throughout all project phases.

Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of UAE experience in construction, particularly in site execution and coordination.
• Demonstrated capability to manage and lead site activities independently.
• Strong understanding of engineering practices, construction methodologies, and quality control standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Background in environmental or ecological restoration projects is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
