Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer – Home Automation to manage the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of smart home solutions across residential and commercial projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards while meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site installation of home automation systems, including smart lighting, AV systems, climate control, security, and IoT devices.
• Ensure all installations comply with UAE standards, client requirements, and project specifications.
• Conduct site surveys and provide technical input for system design and integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and technicians to ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, as-built drawings, and handover manuals.
• Train clients or end-users on system operation and functionality.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors for equipment delivery and installation.
• Ensure adherence to UAE safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in home automation, smart homes, or building technology projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of home automation systems (KNX, Crestron, Control4, Lutron, Savant), networking, and AV integration.
• Familiarity with project management tools and construction documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across project sites.

Preferred:

• Experience with luxury residential or commercial projects in the UAE.
• Professional certifications in home automation systems.
