Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Management: Oversee and manage all day-to-day on-site interior work, including civil modifications, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and finishing.
- Quality & Standards: Ensure all work is executed as per design specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and the highest quality standards set by Jomo Home Interiors.
- Coordination & Supervision: Supervise skilled and unskilled labor, contractors, and vendors. Coordinate with the design team to resolve any on-site discrepancies promptly.
- Material & Inventory: Manage material receipts, ensure proper storage, track daily consumption, and minimize wastage.
- Scheduling: Assist the Project Manager in developing and adhering to project timelines. Ensure work is completed within the stipulated deadlines.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily progress reports, manage site documentation, and maintain necessary safety logs.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in site execution for Civil and Interior projects.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, quality checks, and safety regulations relevant to interior fit-outs.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and interior drawings (layouts, elevations, sections). Basic proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with clients, architects, vendors, and the in-house team.
- Qualities: Must be proactive, organized, punctual, and possess strong problem-solving skills to address unexpected site challenges.
