Site Engineer (Interior & Civil)

An Interior Site Engineer manages and supervises the construction of interior spaces, ensuring projects are completed according to design plans, timelines, and budgets. Key responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and designers, conducting site inspections, quality checks, and resolving technical issues. The role requires overseeing all on-site activities, managing safety compliance, and preparing progress reports. Key responsibilities

• Project oversight: Manage and supervise interior fit-out and refurbishment projects from start to finish.
• Coordination: Liaise with architects, designers, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Technical management: Oversee the execution of all interior work, including civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting, to ensure they meet design specifications.
• Quality control: Conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality control, check adherence to design specifications, and maintain site records.
• Problem-solving: Address and resolve any technical challenges, issues, or delays that arise during construction.
• Budget and timeline management: Monitor project progress to ensure it stays on schedule and within budget.
• Safety and compliance: Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports, site diaries, and other necessary documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
