Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

About the Role
We’re looking for a Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site execution for commercial interior fit-out projects. The role involves coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality, timelines, and smooth on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise interior works (partitions, ceilings, flooring, carpentry, finishes)

Execute work as per GFC drawings & approved specs

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors & site manpower

Ensure quality control, material protection & site discipline

Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and site documentation

Support safety compliance and snag closure

What We’re Looking For

Diploma / BE / BTech (Civil / Interior)

2–6 years’ experience in interior fit-out projects

Strong drawing-reading & coordination skills

Ability to work under tight timelines and site pressure
