Site Engineer - Interior Fit-Out & Joinery

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage interior fit-out and joinery works on site in the UAE.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance.
• Prepare daily site reports and track project progress.
• Resolve site-related technical and coordination issues.
• Ensure proper installation of joinery, finishes, and fittings.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and clients.

Key Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings and technical details.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of UAE site safety and quality standards.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
