We are seeking an experienced Interior Engineer / Fit-Out Engineer with a minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in interior fit-out and finishing works. The candidate will be responsible for executing and supervising interior works on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion as per approved drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities (Fit-Out Execution):

Supervise and execute interior fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, and finishing activities.
Coordinate with site team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
Review and implement approved shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
Ensure work is carried out as per project specifications, quality standards, and UAE regulations.
Monitor daily progress, manpower, and material requirements to meet project deadlines.
Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections, approvals, and site clarifications.
Ensure proper site documentation including daily reports, material approvals, and work completion records.
Identify technical issues on-site and propose practical solutions to avoid delays.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and maintain safe working practices at site.
Assist in preparing work schedules, progress reports, and handover documents.

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in interior fit-out and finishing works.
Strong knowledge of interior materials, site execution methods, and finishing standards.
Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, and fit-out specifications.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); AutoCAD is an advantage.
Strong coordination and communication skills with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience in villas, commercial buildings, offices, retail fit-out, and interior renovation projects.
Knowledge of authority approvals, inspection procedures, and handover documentation.
