Site Engineer (Interior Fitout)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our Interior Fitout Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of interior fitout projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the successful implementation of interior fitout projects.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, inspect workmanship, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications throughout the construction process.

- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project deadlines and objectives.

- Perform quality control inspections to verify the accuracy and completeness of installations, finishes, and materials.

- Document project activities, including daily reports, site photographs, and inspection records, to track progress and ensure accountability.

- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the completed work.

- Collaborate with project teams to identify and implement solutions to construction challenges and optimize project performance.

- Monitor project costs and expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assist in budget management as needed.

- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in interior fitout construction, site engineering, or project management preferred.

- Must have G+1 certification from Dubai Municipality.

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, with a focus on interior fitout work.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in identifying and resolving construction-related issues.

- Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant tools

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
