Job Title: Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 6,500

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Engineer with experience in the interior fit-out industry. The candidate will oversee site operations, ensure quality execution, and coordinate with project teams to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure proper execution of work.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure all work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare site progress reports and update management regularly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company regulations.
• Handle site measurements, material planning, and quality inspections.
• Resolve technical issues that arise during execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related qualification.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials and site execution processes.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
