Site Engineer – Joinery

• Supervise and manage all joinery installation activities on site.
• Review drawings, material specifications, and method statements before execution.
• Coordinate with the factory/production team to ensure delivery of materials as per site requirements.
• Conduct site measurements, verify dimensions, and confirm installation feasibility.
• Ensure work is carried out strictly in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress, prepare daily/weekly progress reports, and highlight any issues or delays.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers for technical and site-related matters.
• Resolve site issues, discrepancies, and conflicts promptly.
• Ensure proper workforce allocation and supervise technicians, carpenters, and installers.
• Implement safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company HSE policies.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical input as needed.
• Ensure final finishing quality aligns with client and project expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
