Site Engineer- Joinery & Fit-out

We are seeking an experienced SiteEngineer (Fit-Out) specializing in luxury residential and commercial interior projects in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing high-end turnkey interior fit-out projects from execution to handover, ensuring exceptional quality, timely delivery, and full client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all interior site works, including labour force management and subcontractor coordination.
• Oversee day-to-day site activities related to fit-out projects.
• Manage project progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project management.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Monitor and enforce site safety and protection procedures.
• Review and understand drawings, material finishes, and technical details with high accuracy.
• Perform setting-out as per approved drawings.
• Plan and manage materials and manpower requirements efficiently.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Supervise carpenters, technicians, and site workers.
• Resolve technical issues at site promptly.
• Ensure proper project control with respect to quality and time management.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of commercial and/or office fit-out projects.
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in project documentation, reporting, and professional email communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
• Honest, disciplined, self-motivated, and hardworking.
• Experience handling luxury villas, apartments, or high-end residential projects in Dubai.
• Experience working in UAE fit-out industry.
