We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Joinery) to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in joinery production, site installation, fit-out execution, and technical coordination within the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage joinery & fit out works at site
• Coordinate between client, site team, and production/factory team for smooth workflow
• Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications
• Handle site measurements and verify production readiness
• Ensure timely installation of joinery items (doors, cabinets, wardrobes, wall cladding, counters, etc.)
• Monitor site progress, manpower allocation, and quality checks
• Prepare daily site reports using MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
• Ensure HSE compliance and site safety
• Prepare DPR daily/weekly progress reports and update management
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design
• 4–5 years GCC experience in joinery & interior fit-out projects (mandatory)
• Strong technical knowledge of joinery materials, hardware & installation methods
• Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong coordination & communication skills (Client–Site–Factory)
• UAE driving license (advantage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
