Site Engineer – Joinery & Residential Fit-Out

ob Summary

We are hiring a Site Engineer with UAE experience in joinery and residential fit-out to manage site execution, supervise installations, and ensure high-quality delivery of villa and apartment interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise joinery and fit-out works as per approved drawings and timelines.

Take site measurements and coordinate with the joinery factory for production and delivery.

Manage carpenters, installers, and subcontractors on site.

Coordinate with MEP, gypsum, marble, glass, and painting teams.

Ensure quality control, snag rectification, and readiness for inspections.

Verify materials, maintain site reports, and update the Project Manager.

Attend site meetings with consultants and clients.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

3–6+ years UAE experience in joinery and residential fit-out.

Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and installation.

Ability to read drawings and handle site issues independently.

Experience in villas and apartments preferred.

UAE license preferred
