Job Title: Site Engineer / Lab Incharge

Qualification:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience (preferably in Housing Sector) OR
• B.Sc. Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience (preferably in Housing Sector).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise execution of civil works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Perform site measurements and prepare contractor’s claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for structural works.
• Conduct laboratory testing of construction materials, prepare detailed lab reports, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collect and analyze samples for quality control of concrete, aggregates, and soil.
• Read and interpret coordinates, drawings, and layouts from CAD sheets.
• Prepare technical documentation, daily site progress reports, and quality assurance records.
• Ensure strict compliance with LDA bylaws, Building Codes, and Housing Project Regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain records of material approvals, test reports, and inspection documents.

Skills & Expertise:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• Strong knowledge of construction supervision, quality control, and housing sector projects.
• Experience in preparing and verifying contractors’ bills and claims.
• Sound expertise in lab testing of construction materials.
• Familiarity with Building Control matters, approvals, and regulatory compliance (LDA bylaws).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
