Role Purpose
Responsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) works for interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, authority requirements, quality, safety, and project timelines.
Key Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate with Project Manager, Client representatives, and subcontractors on a daily basis.

Review IFC drawings, specifications, and BOQs prior to execution.

Coordinate preparation, submission, and approval of MEP shop drawings and technical submittals.

Review material submittals, delivery inspections, laboratory test reports, and compliance certificates.

Identify and assist in finalization of MEP vendors and service contractors in consultation with the PM & Procurement

Supervise site execution of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire & ELV works are inspected and approved as per approved drawings.

Ensure coordination is carried out with architectural finishes, ceilings, partitions, and joinery works.

Prepare, review and submit method statements, ITPs, checklists, and work procedures.

Implement approved method statements, work procedures, and inspection test plans (ITPs).

Ensure compliance with project HSE plan and safe work practices on site.

Coordinate with Sub-contractor team for manpower, materials, equipment, and look-ahead schedules.

Prepare and submit related RFIs and coordinate inspections with Main Contractor.

Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections, snagging, and handover activities.

Support final inspections, snagging, and project handover activities.

Ensure preparation, verification, and submission of as-built drawings and O&M documents.
Key Interfaces
Project Manager, QA/QC Engineer, Safety Officer, MEP Subcontractors, Architectural Team, Client, Consultant, Authorities.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years experience in interior fit-out / building projects.

KSA experience preferred.
Skills & Competencies
-
Strong knowledge of MEP systems for interior fit-out projects.
-
Familiar with local authority and Civil Defense requirements.

Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site reporting tools.
