Job Title: FM Coordinator (Facility Management Coordinator)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Contract Duration: 2 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated FM Coordinator (Facility Management Coordinator) to join our team in Riyadh on a two-year contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) activities, supporting daily facility operations, and ensuring effective communication between technical teams and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily MEP maintenance activities across assigned facilities.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, contractors, and management.
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Prepare and submit weekly, and monthly reports on maintenance activities and performance.
• Assist in monitoring service levels, manpower deployment, and work progress.
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance checks when required.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and logs related to facility operations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP within facility management or related environments.
• Education:
• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory), OR
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (added advantage).

• Skills:
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Good understanding of MEP systems and facility operations.
• Strong coordination and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.

• Location: Must be available to work in Riyadh or across KSA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
