Site Engineer – MEP (JV) – Roads & Bridges

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer – MEP (JV) to oversee and execute Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on Roads & Bridges infrastructure projects under a Joint Venture environment. The role involves site supervision, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring MEP installations are delivered in line with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute MEP works at site for Roads & Bridges projects
• Coordinate with JV partners, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants for smooth project execution
• Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and authority regulations
• Monitor daily site activities, progress, and productivity of MEP works
• Coordinate with civil and utilities teams to ensure proper integration of MEP systems
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on site
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site challenges
• Maintain site documentation, reports, and as-built drawings
• Support material inspections, approvals, and coordination with procurement teams

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in MEP site engineering within construction projects
• Experience in Roads & Bridges or infrastructure projects preferred
• Prior experience working in a Joint Venture (JV) environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, drainage, and utilities coordination
• Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and approvals
• Strong site supervision and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Good understanding of testing & commissioning processes

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
