*About the Project

YABA Group is executing a restaurant fit-out project for a new concept at Awqaf Mall – Al Khawaneej 2.

The project will be delivered through multiple specialized subcontractors, and we are seeking a strong site engineer to manage daily execution, coordination, and quality on site.

*Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities for restaurant fit-out works

Coordinate and manage multiple subcontractors (MEP, flooring, joinery, kitchen, signage, etc.)

Ensure works are executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines

Monitor MEP coordination and resolve site clashes

Conduct daily site inspections and quality checks

Track progress vs schedule and report delays immediately

Ensure HSE compliance and mall site rules adherence

Coordinate inspections and approvals with mall management and authorities

Maintain site records, drawings, and snag lists

Support project handover and final snagging

*Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years experience as Site Engineer (F&B / retail fit-out preferred)

Strong experience in restaurant or commercial fit-out projects

Solid understanding of MEP systems in kitchens and restaurants

Ability to manage fast-track projects

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

Can work independently and take ownership on site

Available for daily site presence

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Previous experience working with malls in UAE
