Site Engineer – Road Works & Landscaping

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with strong knowledge in road works and landscaping projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling site execution, coordinating with teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring work is completed as per project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage road works and landscaping activities at site
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
• Ensure work execution is as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare progress reports
• Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely completion of work
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support at site
• Maintain project documentation and records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in road works and landscaping projects
• Good knowledge of site execution, leveling, and infrastructure works
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• UAE driving license will be an advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
