Site Engineer Section Head

Hassan Allam Construction is seeking an experienced Site Engineer Section Head to lead and manage all works for construction luxury villas projects . The ideal candidate will have strong site leadership capabilities, deep technical expertise in construction, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all on-site works related in accordance with project specifications and schedules.
• Manage and guide site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Ensure installation, testing, and commissioning activities comply with approved drawings, standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, planning, and technical office teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and report regularly on work status, risks, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and HSE requirements.
• Participate in inspections with consultants and clients and close out comments.
• Support project management in resolving technical issues and implementing value engineering where applicable.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, as-built drawings, and handover documents.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering "Civil, Mech., and Elect."
• Minimum 8 years of experience within the construction industry, with Luxury villas projects.
• Previous experience in a Section Head is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and engineering software.
