Site Engineer Section head - Mechanical

We're Hiring: Site Engineer Section Head – Mechanical

Key Responsibilities

• :Lead and supervise all on-site mechanical construction activities
• .Manage and coordinate mechanical engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams
• .Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• .Coordinate with consultants, clients, and other disciplines to resolve technical and site-related issues
• .Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
• .Ensure proper planning and allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment
• .Enforce HSE regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• .Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to project management

.Requirements

• :Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• .Minimum 8–10 years of experience in mechanical construction works, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• .Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Mechanical systems
• .Experience managing large-scale building projects
• .Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skil
