Site Engineer - Sharjah Municipality License

Job Title: Site Engineer – Sharjah Municipality License Holder
Location: Al Sajja, Sharjah, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and contract terms.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and follow up on work schedules as per contract requirements.
• Supervise and ensure execution of site works as per project specifications, drawings, and timelines.
• Monitor site progress, ensure quality control, and compliance with safety standards.
• Ensure that the project is executed within the approved budget and schedule.
• Maintain proper documentation and daily site reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Required Licenses:

• Must have Sharjah Municipality Card (Must Preferred)
• Valid UAE Driving License (Must Preferred)
• SOE (Society of Engineers) License (Must Preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of construction experience in Sharjah.
• Experience in warehouse, shed, and villa projects preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications and reading technical drawings is essential.
