Civil /Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil /Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing daily operations, overseeing maintenance and project execution at both factory and residential (villa) properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise civil and mechanical maintenance, repairs, and project activities across various sites.
• Oversee day-to-day operations at factory and villa locations.
• Coordinate labor schedules and assign workforce tasks efficiently.
• Ensure timely, safe, and high-quality delivery of all assigned work.
• Prepare and submit daily site progress and activity reports.
• Maintain site discipline, safety and all organization & appropriate authority rules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. Diploma holders with minimum 4 years experience also preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle pressure and work effectively to meet tight project timelines.
• Proficient in daily reporting, basic project planning, and site documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
