Job Summary:
Al Marwan Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer with extensive experience in infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical execution, quality assurance, and construction supervision to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and according to design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and contractors.
• Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, and site teams for smooth project delivery.
• Identify technical challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Participate in site inspections, audits, and technical meetings with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the UAE as a Technical Engineer in infrastructure or construction projects.
• Civil Engineering degree or diploma.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technical standards.
• Proficient in reviewing drawings and preparing technical documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
