About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Steel Structure Site Engineer to manage site installation of tensile shade structures, steel works, and aluminium components across UAE projects.

If you have hands-on site experience in tents, car parking shades, and structural installations — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of steel structures, anchor bolts, foundations & fabric structures
• Coordinate between factory, logistics, and site team
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
• Prepare and submit MIRs & WIRs
• Manage inspections, snag lists & final handover
• Maintain daily site reports and project progress
• Ensure strict HSE and quality compliance
• Monitor material usage and site expenses

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Structural Engineering
• Degree must be MOFA attested (UAE)
• 3–7 years UAE experience in steel/tensile structures
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD & project planning tools
• Ability to handle site pressure and meet deadlines
